When completing the order you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, the recipient details and all necessary payment details.

As soon as we receive your submitted order  being processed Cancellation of orders will be subject to 50% Handling/Processing Fee. No refundable.
Any change of particular (e.g. Receiver’s address, messages, etc) must be make within 6 hours in advance or the day before.

NOTE:

Some seasonal flowers may be replace when they are unavailable at time of order. Fave Florist reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.

Lush FloristKL reserves the right to amend charges based on additional items ordered, remote delivery, re delivery etc.
